Who We Are
Matigari Adventist Movement in America (MAMA) brings together people from across the USA and beyond, united by a shared Christian faith, a commitment to looking after one another, and a heart to serve communities.
Founded in March 2021, we started with a simple purpose: to support members through illness and loss. Today, we do three things well.

Fellowship, welfare, and outreach
Welfare
Registered members receive financial and pastoral support in bereavement.
Outreach
Evangelism, health camps, and a self-funded mission to Kenya every two years.

Leadership
Member-led and volunteer-served
Matigari is member-led. Our officials are elected every two years and serve entirely pro bono, as does every volunteer on every committee. The leadership team heads specialized volunteer committees to fulfill our mission.
