Matigari Adventist Movement in America (MAMA)
Based in Olathe, Kansas, USA

Matigari Adventist Movement in America (MAMA) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 87-1395827. Payments made to MAMA are contributions and are non-refundable. Membership and the welfare programme are operated by Matigari Adventist Welfare Organization (MAWO).

1. How we take payments

Matigari Adventist Movement in America (MAMA) takes voluntary donations and contributions towards its programs and community projects. Payments are recorded so we can account for them and issue receipts.

2. Receipts

Every payment is confirmed with a receipt, provided by email where applicable. Keep your receipts for your tax and accounting records. By submitting a payment you authorise MAMA to charge the amount shown, for the purpose stated at the time.

3. Tax treatment

Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Where you restrict a donation to a particular purpose, we apply it to that purpose. Please retain your receipt and consult a tax adviser for your specific situation.

4. Refund summary

Payments made to MAMA are contributions toward the work of the organization. They fund programs, community projects and welfare support, and they are generally non-refundable. A refund is issued only where a payment was processed in error, or where a refund is required by law.

5. Payments processed in error

If a payment was processed in error, for example a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, write to us and we will review it within 30 days of the payment. Please include your name, the payment reference, and what went wrong. Contact us before disputing a charge with your card provider, so we can resolve it directly.

6. Cancelling a recurring arrangement

Where an arrangement is set up to recur, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future payments. It does not create a refund of amounts already paid, which remain contributions.

7. Failed & disputed payments

If a payment fails or is disputed, please contact us so we can resolve any error promptly. Repeatedly disputed valid charges may prevent us from processing future payments from you.

8. Requesting an exception

We consider requests for an exception only in exceptional circumstances and only where required by applicable law. Write to us at support@matigariadventistmovement.org within 14 days of the payment, with your name, payment reference, and the reason for the request.

9. Questions

If you have any question about a payment or a refund, contact MAMA at info@matigariadventistmovement.org.
