Matigari Adventist Movement in America (MAMA) ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our members, donors, and visitors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you create an account or sign in to the member portal, we collect your name, email address, and contact details. If you make a payment we record the transaction, amount and date, along with the details needed to issue a receipt. If you contact us we keep the message and any details you choose to include. We use a trusted authentication provider to manage your login and password securely.

• To operate the website and the member portal.
• To process payments and provide receipts.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To meet our record-keeping and legal obligations.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting, authentication, and payment processing, and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

7. Membership & welfare records

Membership records, welfare contributions and bereavement claims are held separately by Matigari Adventist Welfare Organization (MAWO), which administers the welfare programme on behalf of MAMA. Requests concerning those records should be directed to us and we will pass them to the committee handling them.
